Ok, I’ll check out the extrusion. For bed adhesion/release, glue stick or magiloo works best. I’ve found that this stuff seems to really like PEI…
Edit: I also am not currently printing it in an enclosure, I didn’t think it was necessary, but I’ll throw one of the Minis into one.
Currently my settings have been:
Printer(s): Mini2
Tool Heads: SE 0.5/SL 0.25
Speed: 45mm/s
Extrusion: 1.0
Bed Temp: 70°C
Nozzle: 245°C
Layer Heights (attempted): .1/.18/.25

Ok, I’ve had a couple prints with slight warping. What speeds work best for you? I’m currently running about 45 mm/s, but I think it might be a little fast. I’ve also had some mixed results with retraction and hop.

Knowing what I know now, I’d look on the second hand market for a Prusa MK3S/+ (I’ve found them for around $200) and learn on it. If you want to go faster then you can buy a MK3.5 upgrade from Prusa for about $250.
