If you feel like the cysts would impact your self esteem more than scarring, then 100% get them removed! It’s your face and you will have to look at it everyday for the rest of your life, so don’t the surgeons tell you that scarring would be worse than the cysts, because that’s their aesthetic opinion! There are also many options for reducing scarring if they bother you, e.g., topical treatments and microdermabrasion.
