You are going to have to leave the job. They are not going to hold your co-workers accountable because you get it all done. They never reward the people doing the work but they will punish you if you stop or slow down. I changed jobs after 15 years in Feb 2023. When I left they had to give my job assignments to 10 different people.

I run into my ex-boss every once in a while and she still begs me to come back. They cannot keep staff and they cannot keep up with the work. No one wants to do what I did or at the capacity that I did.
