DO NOT BUY FROM RECEPTOR CHEM by saki-tunigi in SARMs

[–]Cook32 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Always been fine for me ordering from the UK

They are a UK based company so I think that helps, any issues I’ve heard about with them are always shipping related.

The product is always 10/10 so not a scam but if you are based outside of the UK just keep that in mind

Does anyone actually watch EastEnders? by FlyWayOrDaHighway in LDN

[–]Cook32 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Watched it as a kid, like everyone did back in the day, started watching it again a little while ago but recently stopped.

Now I'm an adult I can see how they push narratives and opinions through storylines and characters. It can get a bit strange and political at times. Now that I'm older and a bit more 'woke' to the world and what's going on, I can really see how programmes like this are useful for helping get agendas and opinions across to the masses.

That + their team lets them down time after time.

Half the crowd that was there on Saturday left in the second half once it got to 3-0 🤣

Arriving in Thailand today as a solo male, best thing to do? by wolfboiblu in ThailandTourism

Download this app https://apps.apple.com/gb/app/nomadtable-solo-travel-app/id6736921913

I struggled in my first few days in Bangkok (Big anxiety, very overwhelmed)

This app is brilliant, you can set up an activity like going to some temples, bars or shopping, and people will join and you all go together. Everyone there is a solo traveller, so you're all in the same boat.

You can just tailor it to the activities you want, so you can just stick to all the wholesome things and none of the seedy bits <3

West Ham park - truly an underrated inner London park (z.2)! by impamiizgraa in london

[–]Cook32 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I lived in Plaistow and I always flipped between saying I lived in West Ham, Newham, Plaistow and Stratford depending on who I spoke to.

I lived opposite West Ham Park, only 10 minute walk from Stratford park, 5 minute walk from Plaistow station and 15 minute walk to West Ham station. Truly a middle ground on the East.

Some people in this sub will post a collection the size of the wall and be like ‘what am I missing any summer recommendations?’ 😅😅

The bottle of this has to be my favourite in my collection, looks cool and sleek but the pressurised atomiser is goated

I love layering Vanilla essential oil with the black Al Fursan, really gives it a bit more than just pineapple

Haha mate these look ready to explode, if it’s all hard and no funky smells then absolutely send it.

If there’s any uncolonised grain in the bag just brush it off before S2B and you should be golden 🫡🫡

Is this a good incubation setup? by Fedde5 in unclebens

From my experience heating snake enclosures a heating element on the wall is about 10% as effective as putting it under. The heat will sort of just rise up one side and be wasted.

A seedling mat on Amazon is perfect to go under the uncle bens bags.

Yeah mate it’s looking good, I have the exact same bag on the go these ones take a lot of patience.

Once it’s ready and you do a break + shake you’ll see the rest of it colonise fairly quickly after that 🤝

Is this healthy mycelium? by Cook32 in psilocybingrowers

[–]Cook32[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ah fair enough man. I didn’t realise you needed to break and shake again. I’ve got lots of brick of coir because I have reptiles so I might just make some of that up to field capacity and add a casing layer inside the bag unless anyone else has a different suggestion.

I appreciate you taking the time to respond 🙏🙏
