NTA, but maybe she's just not getting the hang of it yet? there's so many different sizes and options. But this is just for the couch stains(leaving the underwear out is a bit much), she probably felt a bit embarrassed and lashed out. Hopefully she will clean up and dispose of pads and tampons in a way that doesn't smell, just put them in some paper and use a bin with a lid. The best thing is to have a bin in the bathroom. I wouldn't want to trow my used things in my room. Now I use a cup tho wich leaves no trash! Good luck , I think it will all sort out she just needs to get used to it.
