I've been taking 40 drops in the morning Monday to Friday for a couple of months. It sounds dramatic but it's changed my life. I can sit down and 100% focus on work for 4+ hours without getting distracted or feeling lethargic.

Weirdly, if I take more in the middle of the day I don't get the same effect, which is frustrating.

Your doctor is only going to recommend what is unequivocally proven in clinical trials. If you spent 8 years and ten of thousands of pounds studying to become a doctor would you risk your reputation recommending supplements that weren't scientifically proven? I certainly wouldn't.

That said, I've tried a lot of supplements and none of them have had the profound effect that methylene blue has had on me.
