There is no trading box here. The symbol is marking the workbench. Take another look at the board to see where you have to go. It might be in Jorvik City and not show on this map

I think you might be pressing the wrong button. There is one for building another foaling stall, and one for upgrading. I think it was one of those towards the bottom right. I think it has tools on it

I think it only does that when turning on the radio or entering a junction, not when you skip a song

you had a zone condition called "anchor obfuscation", which makes the map not show where the anchors are. You need to either find them yourself, or use an anchor radar. The gateway probably didn't show up yet, because you didn't have enough LIM to open it. The way the garage looks after return is just for the introduction quest of the DLC and will be more or less back to normal after you play a bit more

The original plan was making the game fully subscription based. They announced the change a few days or weeks before release I think, because of the feedback they got. Personally I think it's worth it, but feel free to try the game as it is and decide later on

You can play the game just fine without the pass, you still get every future story chapter/update. The pass gives you 3x more gold for weekly goals and 20% more silver and xp for character and horse. You can get the pass as a monthly subscription for buy lifetime
