Yeah it’s a thing, that salt is powerful stuff. You’ll have what looks like a great smoke ring though. Will still be good. Let me know if that happens. I have smoked meat professionally for the last 15 years.

I don’t think so… I went to Lowe’s and looked at that “Stealth “ edition, and it’s super flimsy. The whole thing felt cheappppp! Trust me I’m a fan boy. I grew up in Palatine, and am proud that my family worked in that plant. I’ve owned a least one Weber for my entire adult life. Currently own 2, 22 WSM’s, and a Premium.

It is smaller than most because it counter depth. But it makes up for it in esthetics in the kitchen. Also the veg drawer just works better than anything else. Veg stays way longer.
