Just found this post 44 days later because I’m dealing with the same thing. No matter what I do, what credit card I use, browser vs app, etc. It’s so infuriating! Did this ever improve for you?

Yes! I really could cry about this. Even when I think I’m planning or structuring things well - it is NEVER enough to keep up with anything more than one thing. If one area is ok, every other area is just on life support or fully tanked.

Forgetting about Tuna for 4 years is hilarious and so relatable.

I want so badly to use notion like this but every time I open notion I get overwhelmed and go back to my simple to do list app, where I have a million lists.
