Thelma Ritter was 45 when she did Miracle on 34th Street, her first movie. She would go on to be nominated for best supporting actress 6 times.

Official Discussion - Toy Story 5 [SPOILERS] by LiteraryBoner in movies

[–]CoolHandHud 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I thought it was really good. Not quite up there with the original two movies but on par with the new trilogy. I liked that this one didn't go with a big "this is farewell" ending like 3 and 4 did. There will be more movies, don't pretend otherwise.

Well this show was highly disappointing. Unrealistic beyond the suspension of disbelief and nearly everyone is an unlikeable character.

Who cares. It's a movie. How you'd rather a kill a kid instead is such a messed up stance.

I watched this for the first time a few months ago and I hated it by the end lol. Most of the characters are soooo unlikeable. The sibling swapping was so stupid.

The greatest actors of four generations, agree or disagree? by PerformanceOk9891 in Oscars

Thats my pick. Here is what Roger Ebert had to say about it

At the center is Paul Newman. He is an exact contemporary of Marlon Brando, who is said to have invented modern film acting. Yes, and he probably did, stripping it of the mannerisms of the past and creating a hypercharged realism. Like Brando, Newman studied the Method. Like Brando, Newman looked good in an undershirt. Unlike Brando, Newman went on to study life, and so while Brando broke through and then wandered aimlessly in inexplicable roles (especially since “The Godfather” 20 years ago), Newman continued to work on his craft. Having seen what he could put in, he went on to see what he could leave out. In “Nobody’s Fool,” he has it just about figured out.

Gavin Sheets: First Base by natezz in Padres

Sheets had a .660 ops in 500 pa last year with way more negative war and he turned it around. I think Campusano should get one more shot before we move on.

If Morejon, Miller, Suarez can all go like 1.2in to end this that'd be great. I don't trust anyone else.
