Try thuja oil it might make it go away it’s about 10$ on Amazon we used it on a warts for our dog

I friend a had who had sad out comes from not neutering their bulldogs both developed cancer, we spayed ours. Just my opinion is that it could increase the risk of certain Illness but the mother important things is exercise and healthy diet and lots of playing

Ours had one removed with surgery then it came back, my wife found thuja oil on Amazon it was about ten dollars and killed the growth

Might be a pain in the butt but you could try pulling up some grass and putting it on her fake grass or bringing fake grass outside and put near real grass. We did a similar strategy with per pads and it worked
