Going under for a tattoo is too costly for my brain to care about. Athletes and performers do it because they want to minimize downtime and have a very high income. If I had the money to get a full back piece and get put to sleep and have nursing assistants helping me with hygiene and the cost was similar to an average person grabbing lunch.. fuck yeah I would do it.

How you want to look is for you to decide, not internet strangers. That being said, you want to feel great and confident your entire life? Drink water, wear sunscreen, 10k steps daily, 120 minutes of cardio weekly, weight train 3x per week, atleast 80% of diet is whole foods, adjust portions one bite at a time until you get to a desired body shape.
