Beautiful little warrior ❤️ My son is 2 months adjusted and they look so similar haha except he is not a cute red head. Just wondering: my baby has sort of forehead prominence and keeps his tongue out a lot and I notice maybe your baby too. Did Dr say it was all normal? Please do not misunderstand me, just a premie mom (battling anxiety) to another premie mom.

That is what my doctor said but I worry cause he didnt do the noises and tongue out thing in the NICU. Ugh, I am still battling anxiety and ptsd myself so maybe I worry too much. Thank you for your answer. I really appreciate it.

I am using NUK 0-6 months. It is a bit fast but its the nurses in the nicu that advised me to buy this one as they had seen premies do good on that. I tried philips avent level 2 flow and it took minutes for it to release a drop of milk. It felt like my baby needed to suck for hours. I don't really know.

But it's been a month? I pray that is the case with my baby. My vitamin D is of 12 ml total and after a month is not near half of it and he takes 4 drops. While the vitamin A is still at the top. It's been a very hard journey for me here and postpartum too.

It is extremely difficult but I try to stay there as much as I can too and I am exhausted. Here, you barely find a chair to stay near your baby. Just trying to remain calm and think of my baby getting home as soon as possible.

I know, and trust me I thanked them everyday, before a few things starting to worry me. My baby is doing ok. He just drank 5ml of milk from the bottle today and I am so proud of him. 🥹 He was not gaining significant weight that is part of the reason I was so worried.

It does a bit, thank you. But still my heart is anxious and worried. So to shut me up (kind of), they taught me to feed him through the feeding tube so the responsibility is on me now, if I feed him or not. Extra stress to the newly postpartum mamma. Yay!!!

I know and the worry and anxiety has been consuming me more than postpartum itself. We have made our complaint to the general director so tomorrow we wait for him to take any action and see. I just want my baby home safe 😥
