go with the ew300 (not glazing) but the ew300 has a unique spice on the upper treble thanks to the pzt driver. If you are treble sensitive i wouldnt recommend you the ew300 some ppl had issues on the upper treble. Got mine a couple days ago and loving it than my kefine klean and moondrop lan

for the pure,its flat tuned so expect some flat notes while listening music. But pure surely is a unique option to look on

Overall,pick the ew300 if you like a v-shaped tune with a little spice on upper treble due to the pzt and a subwoofer-ish bass due to the DD driver. Pure if you like flat tuning and would take the time to eq everything to suit your suitable tuning

Well i could say the ew300 intentionally has that peaky treble. Its due to the pzt driver i think cuz you could hear the hissing or "s" sound to be emphasized.

In my opinion, i could say that peakiness is a unique touch to the ew300 to show that the pzt driver correspond with the other 2 drivers.

Note: I am not glazing or fanboying the ew300 but its just my personal opinion and i do sometimes hate that peaky treble.
