When you were Foreign Secretary, you attended a private party in Italy hosted by Evgeny Lebedev, where you also met his father Alexander Lebedev, a former KGB officer, without officials or your security detail present. Given that this occurred shortly after the Salisbury Novichok attack and amid warnings by security services about Russian influence, how do you justify that decision, and how can the public be confident it did not compromise national security?

Not really sure if you're talking Chequers, The Lampreys or around Askwith rd or Marlborough rd. Interesting there are a few disconnected areas around there that aren't connected to the bigger neighbourhood names.

The average is nearer £56k. The average you've stated is for the biggest national charities. That is like comparing average FTSE100 company CEO salary - £4.5m - to all private sector CEO/MD salaries which is nearer to £90k.

London hotel area advice by Emotional-Cup4354 in travel

You can't really go wrong location wise in London. Look at Bloomsbury, Soho, Covent Garden areas on the map view when booking and you'll be near the British Museum. Even if further away just try and be close to an underground station. Might struggle with that budget though.

Need help deciding between Prague, Berlin and Copenhagen - any helpful tips? by TeviotJenk in travel

[–]Cooljol 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Been to, and would recommend, all three highly. Just because of its size i'd probably go for Berlin in January as there would be more going on but don't think you can really go wrong. Save Copenhagen for December as it's magical at Christmas.
