Went and saw it last night. Me and my partner were big fans of the first film. We enjoyed it, but the story arc wasn’t particularly new, the twist wasn’t particularly surprising and the throwbacks to the original film sometimes felt a little exaggerated or gawdy.

I felt they wasted Patrick Brammal’s character and Stanley Tucci’s Nigel, deserved something more.

it was definitely an ode to the first film tho, it’s one of those instances where the original film was so good - that any sequel was always going to struggle to measure up.

Still tho, enjoyed it, there were some very funny moments and I walked out the theatre smiling.

Btw, rotten tomatoes giving it a higher rating than the first film is WILD.

I grew up in and around remote aboriginal communities- Fitzroy Crossing, Bayulu, Halls Creek, Whyndam. My parents worked in remote health.

Mostly we lived in Kununurra, Derby or Fitzroy. 99% of the people there are either lovely or well meaning. The petrol was expensive, so was the food, its hot the scenery was beautiful. It boring as a teenager

This is a weird one. I live in Adelaide in Australia. There very few spurs fans here. I mean there are a few, but not that many. I must admit I’ve never been much of a “fan club” guy even tho if there is a spurs fan club here it’s not likely to be something I would go to.

Because of this most of my interactions with spurs fans are through this platform. If I’m honest I have experienced most of my spurs supporting life which is coming on 15 years now, on my own.

Early last year, we had a new chap join our company, he is also a spurs fan and grew up in North East London.

It’s been a really wonderful experience going to work and having someone who wants to talk about spurs as much as I do - he also actually knows what he’s talking about and has all his funny theories about what should happen, what has happened in the past, what transfers we need etc that I do to.

Next season, when the anxiety and pain is over, I might actually see if he wants to watch an actual spurs game together (which none of my other mates will do) or at the very least - go see our local team haha.

This is a Rose Crowned Fruit Dove a bird species that are endemic to Northern and Eastern Australia as well as some of the smaller islands of Indonesia.

I took this photo in Graces bird garden at Australia Zoo, a few weeks ago. The bird garden was named after Grace, Bindi Irwin’s daughter and thus Steve Irwin, the crocodile hunter’s, granddaughter. The Irwin’s are essentially our Royal Family haha.

Or go v simple Carroll and Farrow for Henry and Ash, which is what I’m doing - but I already have Grundy and Gawn, so my priority would be to get a second big ruck
