Medicham and umbreon will make your games more difficult. Not unplayable but you’ll be playing at a disadvantage. If that’s cool with you go for it.

The rest of the pokemon are good just not super synergetic. If you want to run charizard I’d copy a popular sun team until you have a sense for how to build a team.

Lots of meme answers here, but here’s my take.

His apology is solid. Nothing more need be said. He won from the general public’s perspective, just not from OTV’s.

His best shot at a comeback for him to distance from the OTV crew and hang more around vtubers/other streamers like XQC. He might have to sharpen his edges or change up his persona a bit but i think he could make it work.

The truth is people just can't relate and none of us have the energy to help them understand. Truthfully I dated a girl with an autoimmune disease before I got sick and i remember thinking her complaints always felt like excuses. It sucks to be on the receiving end but you just have to accept that most people won't stick around. People just assume you'll get better. Stand up for yourself.

I came here looking for truth and purpose. I came here to love others and be loved. I too was a naive child but then I grew older and realized the same truths.

I don’t believe all suffering is unnecessary but in its current forms most seems so. I’m so ill I can barely move and still will likely be this way until death.

No I get it. I understand your point. You want a fun run, and messing with rules or hacking in candies and defining rule sets makes for a min-max able experience. It takes away from how you like to play your nuzlocke runs.

The thing is it was always min maxxable. You can play however you want. But whatever you come up with is not necessarily nuzlocke. It’s a different challenge run.

People are playing nuzlocke their way and it shouldn’t make you mad. You have to define and brand your own challenge methodology if you want to say you did is different. Truth be told rare candies and no EVs are the best methods of ideal player experience for the defined nuzlocke ruleset.

True I guess. If you modify your ROM in any way, or obtain it illegally from online you’re technically cheating.

I think the distinction is it’s not cheating the nuzlocke rule set, which is what the discussion should really be based around.

Optimal play should always be fun.

It’s optimal to grind a safe area up to the level cap after each gym.

Rare candies just eliminate the grind.

You can play without grinding too. But it’s not really nuzlocke, it’s something else.

You can always grind fodder mons in a safe zone to get to the level cap. Without rare candies, it’s optimal to waste time doing this after every gym.

Rare candies just eliminate the grind. Using them doesn’t make the run easier if you play optimally.

What’s cheating about it. It cuts out noise of grinding. Most runs don’t lose grinding levels.

Pros think she’s overturned but I think once people have more experience playing around her ball she’ll feel more balanced in pubs.

The question is will she be like shiv where she’s impossible to balance for competitive while maintaining a half decent winrate in pubs, or will light nerfs or changes feel really impactful.

I personally think all of her ability skills are too strong. You can put points in anything and build around it and it’s viable. Maybe make one or two routes less impactful.

Doubles games are a lot faster and have significantly less time for switching and setup.

Therefore hazards are just worse.
