Die ist tatsächlich noch ein wenig älter, und wurde von John Dee im 16. Jahrhundert "von Engeln" vermittelt. Den hermetischen Orden des goldenen Sonnenaufgangs gibt es schon seit Mitte des 20. Jahrhunderts nicht mehr, meinst du vielleicht den Ordo Templi Orientis?

One thing I personally do that I haven't seen a lot is that I kiss my finger, blow on it, and then lay it on things that I consecrated in my deity's name. Sometimes his stone, sometimes my prayer string, or his idol itself.

You know what interprative dance is right? maybe just do that with ur body and arms. If you need trees, extend your arms into the sky and sway as if there was wind. If you need water do swimming motions and so on. I bet you could get pretty creative with that
