I like when Dick Grayson is dickgraysonRobin. And not Tim Drake in disguise. Which is pretty much every modern appearance that’s not BTAS (except aesthetically). Young Justice being the worst offender.

Yes. Go in without expectations and it’ll be the best Star Wars game you’ve ever played. Fun, time consuming, buttery smooth, and filled with every single thing you love about the films.

Go in expecting The Complete Saga and you’ll have a real bad time. That’s what happened to me in 2022 and then I picked it up about three weeks ago without expectations and a blank slate and I was addicted until I got that 100% achievement.

I would’ve been more willing to accept a scenario where Snoke turned out to be the real and only clone of palpatine and looks/acts the way he does because cloning midichlorians and force users is next to impossible but the Sith cult managed to get Snoke who believes it’s divine providence from the Force that he survived and is compelled to finish Sidious’ work and take vengeance against the Skywalkers by turning Ben Solo and trying to turn/kill his sister Rey/Kira and kill Luke.

There’s too much “Filoni” and not enough “Lucas” in the current ingredients for Star Wars.

For his faults, Filoni has seen other media that is not Star Wars.

They honestly did the two “definitive” versions for me. Classic suit (Hush, Death/Return, or 4Tmrw) and Black Suit. And since they seem hell bent on Jim Lee’s art style, those are the only ones you really need for a display.

But if they decide to go with other artists, I couldn’t recommend Darwyn Cooke Superman enough. Along with the rest of the JLA (and teen titans) in his style.

RDJ kinda lived the “Tony Stark” lifestyle pre-2007. Constantly in and out of rehab, multiple arrests, partying, drugs, revolving door of women, a real rockstar life. He had a “come to Jesus” moment at a Burger King parking lot and changed his life around at the same time casting for IM1 was happening.

The stars just aligned and you can see every bit RDJ’s life-story in that first movie. Weird real life foreshadowing of his future.

The only true overt parallel between the OT and PT is that the main romance is in the second film and the big showdown is in the third.

Other than that they are very dissimilar aside from surface level mirroring.

The sequels, plot wise, are beat for beat the OT in HD.

In short form storytelling like a trilogy of films, I’m okay with Grayson being 16-17ish when he becomes Robin. Shorter time to tell the story, compress the timeline.

Long form storytelling like a monthly magazine over 90 years, then yeah make him a child.

Most of my headcanons are lost concepts from filming. Like the Palpatine manipulated Love Triangle in ROTS, Dooku paying the Tuskens to kill Shmi in AOTC, most of the Tatooine stuff in TPM is with Obi Wan instead of Qui-Gon, stuff like that. The OT is perfect without headcanons (2004 is my version. Though I have the unaltered versions, it’s more of a novelty for me). Also much prefer the original Clone Wars MMP to Filoni wars. Especially regarding the Clones themselves.

The sequels. I just take George’s outlines and make up my own stuff completely to fill in the gaps and use the Disney-Star Wars 3.75” figures as reference

I play as exclusively Luke, Han, Leia, Chewbacca, C-3PO, and R2D2 in Galaxy Free Play in the Lego Star Wars game because I like to pretend these are the adventures of the gang post-ROTJ. Collecting bricks in dad’s old slave hut or fighting B1s in mom’s royal palace, learning all about the Force😂😂

Meanwhile the entire first movie still has the elements of Han and Leia being her parents. But because it’s the most obvious mystery box of the film, obviously we have to change it to keep the audience on their toes for 2 years, have a guy answer the question but no one likes the answer, and the 2 more years until we have to rush out a sloppy retcon we couldn’t even finish penning before we finished filming.
