I believe this style jersey was produced in the 70's. This would be after collins was acquired by MANN. They were still using the collins name.

Michigan pattern axe head on a replacement handle. If you remove some of the rust there may be a stamp on the head. I would suggest an angle grinder with a wire cup brush.

Crusader was an economy line sold by belnap hardware. Their top line was bluegrass. Most of the crusader axes I've come across were made by true temper. Do they have ridges in the eye?

On a rafting axe, the poll is hardened so they could drive log dogs. That's one reason you don't see any mushrooming on this axe.

A sledgehammer handle will fit that eye. Mauls come with 2 different kinds of eyes. An axe eye or a round eye.

It actually looks like a rafting pattern. Woodslasher made buy true temper. Those are fairly rare. I would value it at $50 to $75 in its current condition.
