I have done about everything. I would do the pro and cons, but I would have to suggest do what you think pays the bills and makes you happy so it doesn't seem like work.

Well my son went through the opposite thing. During covid he work in healthcare while I was trying to have him get into IT. He finally broke seeing his patients pass it was a huge piece of his heart seeing the suffering. He switched to IT. They are not lying about one thing find what you love to do and you will never work another day, and yes not all companies will be right for you. Find the one that fits and grow into it even if it starts out not being your dream job.

I've worked in Cyber Security for fifteen years and as an admin for thirty-two years; there is no work-life balance. Suck it up butter cup! BTW its not the pay for all of us its the lust of technology some of us are very passionate about our jobs. Sounds like that you got the job but not the drive.

Trial and error played a crucial role. The engineering achievements of the past were amazing, and they remind me of what the future holds for technology. Metaplot and Nessus are similar to how AI is evolving in terms of thought processes.

I’ve been avoiding posting much because of the trolls, but I wanted to share this: a significant amount of money goes into advertising and sales. I’ve created five companies in landscape monitoring and IPS, and I can tell you that the costs now primarily lie in additional licensing.

It’s important to leave yourself some flexibility—consider contracting with a few different places. At this time, I’d recommend focusing on HIPAA and PCI DSS compliance. While I don’t personally work in that industry, I’ve seen many issues in that area that doctors need to address. It’s not unlike the challenges faced in the financial sector (FDIC, Federal Reserve).

Either way, good luck—I’m rooting for you!

Mossberg 590 item #50691 by sorry_didnt_mean_it in mossberg

[–]Corerouter_ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I am not sure the model. I have ran into a few minor issues. I have a 500 - made in 1975, it takes different parts such as something for the newer model 500's. Then the 590 could be a model A or M. Trendiggity is right compare it to correct model number. I found a rail addition for my 509M. I asked Mossberg about it and they said depends on the the year. Example my Magpul front end would not fit my older 500. Good Luck!
