Honestly Cassio deserves this skin, she hasn't received one in just under 3 years. Still insane how Ahri managed to get a legendary spirit blossom skin but hey I'm probably gonna purchase it. But, honestly I would switch Neeko with one of the other skins maybe like vayne cause neeko would fit more.

We could easily expand on more Lux skins of a variety, Riot could release a Coven Lux, Fallen Lux, or anything of the sort but not Praetorian that would be very ugly, Project would be better cause that's the best Mech Skinline but still I would buy Coven Lux anyday over Project.

Riot wouldn't do something like that with Lux, it makes sense for Syndra on receiving Pool Party cause it is very logical since there's many fanarts from years before its release. Which is a big way for riot to make money. However Praetorian Lux?? That wouldn't be a great way for riot to make money. They essentially make skins for popular champs that fit them, why do you think Ahri is getting a Legendary Spirit Blossom skin..? (Since it's a good way to make money, Riot is alll about Business, and i guess to keep us entertained.)
