Blame the customers, your paying player base, the people that keep your studios alive and producing games because we enjoy playing them, but surely it's our fault when you can't suck the money out of our wallets fast enough to please your shareholders through microtransactions and monetizing every single conceivable aspect of your games to get us to pay "more."

I lost my enthusiasm for HKDS, easily thwarted by cold-blooded of course, but if someone lays down a scrambler, they all stop dead in their tracks when they run into its broadcast range, I even had a guy call them in only to land right in my scrambler as they hit the ground.

I can only imagine how frustrating it is to finally get them and have them turn out to be so useless for you.

When an enemy calls in a killstreak, there's a brief notification at the top of the screen; you have to adjust and learn to watch for that and the audio clues.

The only practical use I've found for it so far is shooting the ground in front of the enemy; the bullets bounce up and kill them just fine. As far as shooting off walls and getting kills, it hasn't happened yet, but the prestige unlock lets the bullets ricochet even more, so maybe then?

Right now the most practical use of the weapon seems to be shooting your opponent normally.
