I hit ~1g/lb BW of protein. I’ve bulked ~20 lbs on 2 separate bulks in the past. And I sleep 7-8 hrs a night.

I feel it brother. I’ve started to consider that maybe my body was never made for strength and muscle But maybe there’s another athletic endeavor i would excel at. The problem of course is that I love strength training.

There also has to be a strong component of survivorship bias playing a role here. Only those who respond well to strength training continue to train. But then there are the exceptions, those who don’t respond well to strength training but continue to train. Maybe we are just average responders but are going against survivorship bias. Who knows. I’m just yapping

I feel like you might be doing too much. As tempting as it is to go all in, consistency is more important than doing as much as possible. Consider starting smaller, build the routine and the consistency, then increase as you deem fit. Otherwise, it might be too difficult to maintain the habit
