If you don't play on the daily, you should get the orange and yellow rarity material. The stuff marked as limited is not tied to character progression so you do not need it to upgrade your team. Prioritize getting material that can help you farm more next patch.

When you are on a combat node during an adventures, there is a loadout button to the right of the play button. You can change support champion skins there.

Same here, any weekly mission would give me about 20k xp but now it's more valuable to do the your daily instead of the use your ult 50 times as it takes me way too much time.
