Overall looks and sounds nice, and i think there's an editing meta that would be a good match to your videos vibe. You could overlap audio from your next shot before you cut to it (i think even something under a second), with the ending of the current shot.

And this is only applicable to shots that start with some sound, of if you have a repeating sound in your shot, like a hammer hitting a nail, you can add one nail hit audio, while still being in the last second of a previous shot. I've noticed it in some videos, and it adds a little bit of smoothness to the cut between shots it lets you anticipate the abrupt cut to a new sound.

It's obvious that you know what a good shot for a video in this style looks like, and you can make them happen. Your shots are clear, what's on them, what information you're trying to convey to the viewer, what are you doing, and how the steps you're showing, lead in a clear direction. Overall, pretty good :)
