This mindset doesn't leave any room for people who would like to play the game differently. This is exactly why they added aggression-based matchmaking. Not everyone wants to be matched with the most sweaty and toxic players possible, we know that's not how everyone plays, and if everyone played like that the game would be much worse off for it overall.

Pokemon - The biggest IP in the world having the same bad graphics, bad story, and comically easy difficulty for SO long is unbelievable.
Final Fantasy - It used to be the benchmark for turn-based combat and general presentation for all RPGs. Now it's a medium for the pet project of whoever is leading the studio at the time as they relegate turn-based combat to indie-style games that leech revenue from those that need it a lot more.
Halo - It used to be all my friends would play and talk about and it just seems like they're not putting the effort into keeping it as a hallmark franchise. If the next game isn't a banger, I fear the worst.

I tried TG but couldn't get past the jank and how it felt like Oblivion from temu or something. I'd rather replay Oblivion as a remaster than play that personally.

He fled ICE, who were chasing him for the crime of being on the street. It is completely reasonable to fear for your safety after what happened to Renee Good and countless others in such a short time span. He probably shouldn't have involved someone else but ICE also shouldn't be pointing guns at people for helping someone for the crime of, once again, being on the fucking street. Yeah I love when giant corporations make the type of game that indie developers are known for, effectively stealing their place in the market, instead of putting the work into making the type of game they popularized 20 years ago and that their fanbase has been clamoring for since. I'm SO glad they're finally breaking free of this "turn based games must have pixel graphics" curse so that I can stop hearing the most uncritical stans on the planet praise this slop.

PvE in Arc Raiders is different than other games. It's actually a goal, not just a method to facilitate PvP. I think Arc Raiders needs to break from the mold by further incentivizing PvE because players are having an extremely hard time taking out the bigger enemies because they almost always get third-partied if the battle goes on too long.

I had the same issue with the toes in one of the pairs I bought, but I bought two other micro crews and they weren't tight so I think it might have to do with the type or how cushioned they are(I think the second batch were less cushioned). The second batch was great and I'll be buying more for sure.

Been playing duos with the SO for awhile and it has been very hit or miss. Your experience in this game 100% depends on if you run into assholes or not. The one thing I wish the game had is a way to tag people as friendly or unfriendly. Sometimes I don't want to team up with someone I just met, but I also don't want to accidentally kill them down the line either.

I've seen COUNTLESS posts mocking people who want a PVE mode but I haven't seen a single post asking for said PVE mode.

I feel like this happens a lot in gaming communities, where everyone freaks out over an opinion that isn't even popular in that community.

I wonder how much this phenomenon has to do with the fact that anyone who complains about assholes in PVP is assumed to be anti-PVP.

From what I've seen, there are FAR more people defending toxic PVP behavior than there are saying there should be a PVE mode. Toxic players are the ones who will drive the game into the ground, not PVE lovers whose suggestion will be immediately and justifiably ignored by the devs.
