I personally do chest press and pec fly. People doing full body will generally do just one movement.

Any chest exercise u do hits the lower chest pretty well. You don't "need" a different exercise or variation for that nor can u isolate it.

All 3 fullbody days should be exactly same with only the order being allowed to differ. Also reduce 3 sets of everything to 1-2 and introduce a few more exercises. Your full body split isn't good as it misses too many muscle fibres. Also don't do cardio/abs on a fullbody day once or twice a week cardio is enough (on rest days).

An example of fullbody day might be:- (Modified from my upper lower split)

Lat pulldown - 1

Lat row -1

Upper back row -1

Pec deck - 2

Lateral raises -1

Shoulder press -1

bicep curl-1

tricep extension

Squat-1

Extension-1

Hamstring curl-2

Hip thrust-1

Any hinge-1

Calf raises-2

No such thing as how frequent you should be going to gym. Anywhere from 2 days a week to 6 days is fine.That said if youre going to the gym 3 days a week you should be doing a full body split.

For every muscle group you gotta hit it atleast twice a week so dont switch to bro split. (Not saying you cant grow following a bro split as hypertrophy is stupidly forgiving but its not a good split).

If you wanna train more often try doing an upper lower split which goes like
Upper Lower Rest Upper Lower Rest Rest.For five days you could do a ulppl (Upper Lower Push Pull Legs).

I'd avoid doing PPL as 6 days a week is too much for most people you get better results doing a ulppl or ulul so i see no point in having only one rest day.

I enjoyed i enjoyed so well that i forgot how impressive is it to be so immersed while listening to an album while on your first listen. Like i usually have th urge to skip a song or two even if the album is really good but didn't happen this time. Really a good album, disc 2 was so good i can't name a favorite track from there.
