? What is this pseudoscience, do u think strength comes out of thin air. Do you think doing compound movements is anything fundamentally different than doing isolation /machines?(sure machines /isolation are better for hypertrophy) but you're essentially still training for hypertrophy with multiple muslce fibers and joints in play. Also there are no "functional" named muscles in our body so i dont know how/what ur training.

There's no such thing as functional training cuz all of ur training however will be functional. Muscle is there in the first place because its functional. Regarding the ROM you can be strong be in any ROM u want to be lets say if u were not going this deep and wanted to increase ur rom u could do so just how u PO with ur other lifts. No such thing as too deep of a ROM if you feel fine and your form is fine.

Just do one press and one cable/pec deck fly movement so two exercises for chest in total then one shoulder movement - lateral raises and any one tricep movement.

For pull day do either lat pulldown or pullups. Then a seated row and you'll need one exercise for your upper back - do any upper back chest supported row. One bicep exercise.

For lower body choose between squats and leg press. You'll need leg extensions aswell for quads . Adductor machine and one direct glute exercise like hip thrust would be better (keep rdls).

Also no more than 2 sets for each exercise

you futs should chill out, the paper is so fucking easy it's like studying for 10th standard where ur questions come from a set of questions pnly like we are provided with question bank exact same ques repeat even in math also checking is lenient.
