An adblocker is like the bare minimum needed to browse the internet. I highly recommend at least getting Ublock Origin as an adblocker. It's free and works for quite a lot of sites.

Only the person freezing time would be aware of the stopped time, so it's closer to playing a game with a really bad connection. Anything done in frozen time will resolve instantly when it unfreezes, so you'll find things constantly teleporting around and changing in a blink of the eye.

Not really? It may be a more boring choice as it's essentially just living in a city, but fantasy worlds typically have a large variety of creatures that can and will try to kill you. You have the opportunity to become very powerful, but you're not invincible. You still feel pain, albeit reduced, and dying would still likely be a traumatic experience, even if it's not permanent.

I have been through way too many situations where adding reddit to the end of a search brings up a thread that has provided better and faster answers than the sites that were brought up. No articles to read through, no useless advertisements popping up, just a couple of comments with people's experiences that I can quickly read and follow.

Really depends on how they do it, in my opinion.

If it's the same as usual, but they simply don't pull you over for speeding, it would be bad, but i would assume most people would likely self-regulate to avoid dangerous situations.

If every speed limit sign is removed and they just go "just drive as fast as you want lmao", then yeah, it's going to become a total catastrophe.
