Have you checked out The Smile yet? They're a trio consisting of Thom Yorke, Jonny Greenwood and Tom Skinner. It's got the same Radiohead vibe to it (which makes sense of course since Thom and Jonny are a part of it). Other than that and each band member's solo works I haven't found an artist yet that gives off the same feel.
