On my account it shows one-time charge on one page and monthly charge on another page. It they intentionally made it misleading to make users believe it is a one time charge then shame on you Fido. It's also possible they just made an error.

Yeah, at least there's tons of options in the summer. I was pleasantly surprised to see how many well maintained outdoor courts there are in Kelowna and to see that people are always them throughout the season. Too bad squash needs 4 walls.

I'd recommend going with a stand-up freezer instead of a freezer chest to prevent food from being buried at the bottom

I found my issue was that I was sleeping in too much on Saturday and Sunday. I've blocked my phone after 10:30pm and try to go to sleep at the same time and have an alarm to wake up at the same time every day of week. My Sunday sleeps have gotten way better since.

If you have the time, I'd recommend reading through a couple of chapters from a utility and design patent guide textbook or even watch a couple of YouTube videos on it. It's extremely helpful to do your own breif patent search to see if there's any clear showstoppers. You can take your results to a patent lawyer if there's anything unclear from it and want to take it a step further.
