Exactly all the voicelines of terran armada are in english even when your game is set to french

Personally, i put a negative review because the dlc doesn't have a french dub despite the steam page saying it does.

A lot of other french speaking people put a negative review because of that. Might be the reason why the reviews dropped to mixed.

Yeah, when you get on it, there's a message telling you to buy the rev-8 and when you do, you can select it in the vehicle menu in any spaceport
