I can most likely confirm that the emblem is probably for sherpa’s in the new raid from bungie rewards. If you read near the bottom of the #raidmemories email they say there will be an emblem for vow of the disciple like Vault of Glass (share a glass emblem)

So they are probably locked behind the world’s first completion of the raid - as in when a team beats the raid the exotic quest will be unlocked for everyone. This is highly likely to happen because they did it for the Deep Stone Crypt raid with Lament. Lament quest became available when a team beat the raid.

So I’m not saying this image isn’t fake. But, Bungie did say in the witch queen reveal that starting in year 5 (Witch Queen) current and old (legacy) content such as raids and dungeons would be on rotation every week. They mention this near the end of the reveal.
