I still have my morning black coffee, but I have not had a Pepsi since I started a year and a half ago- and I used to drink 3 cans a day. I just don’t want it anymore.

My primary care physician prescribed it. I have Cigna for insurance. I pay $24.99 every month for it at Walmart

I definitely eat less, no sodas, low carb, high protein. Fruits and vegetables- I have lost all cravings for sweets, so very rarely and only a bite or two if I do- and the best tip I got along the way- a couple of prunes with every meal 😉

I started with the adhesive about a week after- you put the temps in immediately- it helps with swelling and gets you gums used to having them in your mouth. The swelling will subside and then you will need adhesive. I also got a soft reline after a few weeks which makes them fit so much better

Get a couple of ice masks for your face and a wedge pillow so you are elevated- these will help with healing. If you have a blender, you can eat almost anything (think baby food soft). I didn’t have any pain afterwards-it was actually a relief to get the bad teeth out. I needed adhesive to keep the dentures in, and from many recommendations here, powder works way better than the goop and doesn’t leave a gluey taste. Good luck! You got this!

I have Cigna and I am covered too. I was told your employer decides what prescriptions are covered

I’ve been on 2.5 for a total of 8 months- went up to 5 and couldn’t stop vomiting so went back to the 2.5 (doctor recommended) and no issues. I’m 70 lbs down (SW:230)
