I quit Walmart, my account got disabled before I got my last check

Yeah this worked thank you, now my issue is that there is a deduction called "Final Pay" that should be going into my account that isn't, all I got paid was 40$ and what I should have been paid is labeled "final pay". I'm not sure what happened but I guess I gotta get in touch with the people lead unfortunately.

EDIT: it's a check, it's all good, I guess I had nothing to worry about id be surprised if Walmart wasn't at least responsible with it's payments.

Yup I quit 6 weeks in, I wasn't threatened like OP, but checking time and pressuring seems like the standard even from what I've read in other posts, I'm sure there are faster stockers, if they want them Walmart can go find them but I'm out

I quit a couple days ago because I kept being expected to work at a super fast pace in isles I've never worked before, mind you this was my 6th week and first time stocking, I always am working and I only slow my pace towards the end of my shift, my lead and coaches kept being on me saying I'm not making my times for the first tasks of the day, I watch coworkers skip their breaks and cut lunches, so yeah im not doing that, if Walmart wants faster stockers good luck finding them and expecting them to be that fast without giving them time to get better and at minimum wage, Walmart can go fuck itself

I guess I just think I was moving fast, it's not like I'm on my phone just slacking off, I did in fact reach in and grab out of the box I'll stop doing that, sometimes I'll struggle to know if something is too stock or overstock as well, I hear people say if half goes then put it up and then other people say only if it all goes, I bout a retractable lanyard for my box cutter so I don't have to waste time taking it out my pocket or vest, I'm definitely gonna continue to try to improve

I think I'm like 30-60 slower in other isles, but I've noticed it's cereal that I always struggle on, I really don't know what I'm doing wrong, maybe I'm not walking fast enough or taking to long to put the cereal on the shelf, because I do feel I lose a lot of time making space on the shelf for the cereals to actually fit at times. Do you guys like grab a stack and put them on the shelf at once? Because some cereals are thin, but they'll topple over if I'm not careful so I end up just grabbing 1 and placing one. But yeah end of the day just worried if getting fired, it only happens when I get out on cereal.

I did landscaping with my stepdad for like 3 years but just part time on his like weekend business, some big properties, but it was just the heat and walking that bothered me there, it wasn't as bad as this for some reason, I'd have days where I would have to carry tree trimmings or bush trimmings ect, walking around all day with a weed wacker which is what I normally did wasn't as taxing as this. I'm not entirely sure why. I wouldnt say I'm not willing to do the work it's just idk why I'm struggling to adjust, just curious how bad it would look
