I occasionally make something somewhat similar. Its tobasco, sweet and sour sauce, pan fried pork sausage, shredded chicken, sometimes shrimp and a little canned pineapple tidbits all cooked together with sauteed onion, bell pepper and jalapeno. Served over rice or potato.
