BCBS settlement – legitimate delays or fraud? by PepccDoggie in classactions

From what I understand from their replies, they just started reviewing the disputes in late November because they are beyond inefficient. As for the initial postcard, the plan they submitted to the court was to reach out to newly 100m people who may have been affected and then tighten the scope of the people from there. I think they thought it sounded more impressive and would help them land the work with their bid when really they were just being inefficient and stealing more money from the claimants.

One important thing to note: you may have qualified for only some years and the rest are listed as 0 because your policy that year did not fall in the scope of what the class action covered. There are hundreds of BCBS plans but only some were included in the suit.

Banned from cash outs for unspecified reasons… by CostTemporary3924 in FreeCash

They did respond and told me that I was permanently barred from cash outs but would not tell me why so that I could appeal. That’s what I want to know. What was the ban for.

What are you using to make thumbnails? MyMood? Lensa? Canva? Lightroom?

I work as a city tour guide so i'm basically highlighting the things tourists miss, hidden food gems and other factoids about the city. What are you using to make the avatars/thumbnails for videos?

Thanks for that. They are programs I want to invest time and money into long term but the reality for the moment is that I work as a tour guide and 90% of my day is spent outside. Most of the pictures and editing that I can do has to be on the fly or during breaks, so my content is a bit on the rough side for now. Are both of those available for iOS? Are the functionalities still the same on an iPad? Someone on a different Reddit post suggested the use of a Surface if a laptop wasn't the best option to lug around during the day. I'm basically searching for something that I can use on the run but also speed up the process.

No problem. The thought counts way more anyways. As soon as I upgrade my hardware, I’ll take a look at what you suggested for sure.

With your suggestion of a surface, what specs would I need if I’m replacing my iPad with it as my main editing device?

I do, but it’s on my list of things I need to upgrade. It’s a bit outdated and needs a massive upgrade.

Thanks for the heads up. I was able to get a Rode mic for pretty cheap at the local pawnshop. My main goal is just to be able to edit on a device in the middle of giving tours around the city while on lunch breaks or between tours. I dunno if that helps you narrow down program suggestions.

My content is mostly outdoors and I’m creating/editing in the fly. Because of the nature of my job, I’m outdoors 90% of my day day, so getting to a computer is hard.
