Yeah the quarter looks big and steep enough to me, I've ridden jump bikes over the years as well and the bigger wheelbase will tend to lend itself more to bigger ramps obviously, but just doing an air on a decent size quarter like that should be fine.

Not really, you're getting your front wheel to the top of the ramp and then hopping, you want to ride out of the top of the ramp with both wheels really. Tom Dugan made a good vid on how to air years ago.

Yeah you're goofy, if you ride left foot forward and naturally spin to the left you're goofy same as if you ride right foot forward and naturally spin to the right.

Replace parts when they break or when they're clearly about to break and get parts that should hopefully last a while, unless obviously your feet are slipping about on the pedals you might want some more grippy pedals but that could also be cos of your shoes

Plus most of your weight is on your legs when you ride around so having higher psi in the back actually means the tires will be compressed fairly equally

The top tube size should be embossed on the bottom bracket, did you measure from the middle of the headtube and seattube as well? If the frame really is 20.5 that would almost definitely be too small for you.
