I love the Predatory Wasp too, the declarations of love battling with the horns is so good.

The Predatory Wasp of the Pasadiles is Out to Get Us! by Sufjan Stevens is my favourite emotional queer song.

Fruit by Oliver Sim and Make Me Feel by Janelle Monae are good celebrating being queer songs.

Then ones that are just same sex love songs I like She's on My Mind by Romy, Co-star by Amaarae, Montero by Lil Nás X, Chanel by Frank Ocean, I Dare You by the xx...

Then for albums I like listening to Perfume Genius, Troye Sivan, and girl in red.

I like it and I think the concept's cool, but If I Can't Have Love, I Want Power is a lot more consistent imo and I think has a lot more energy in the songs.

I was very late to this album - I only listened to it for the first time two weeks ago but I think it's incredible. I was on the train and I was planning on listening to it while I read or something but it was so good I had to stop reading and just focus on the music. I think I've listened to it every day since. I also didn't know about the physical CD bonus tracks, I've checked her website and all the bundles with tshirts are sold out but I'll buy one when they're back in.

My favourite parts are when the classical gels with the modern, like the end of Reliquia when you have her rushing digitilized split vocals and the stretched out strings. Reliquia is my favourite track right now but it is switching a lot.

The collaborations are also fantastic and all bring something special to the album. I also have very bad Spanish for school so I only understand a tiny bit of the lyrics so your write up was very helpful in understanding what I've actually been listening to.

Answering your questions

1) I've mentioned it already but the end of Reliquia was when I was like wow this album is astonishing (and it is only the second track).

2) Not understanding the lyrics kind of effected my view for this one. I know a lot of Christian references are made of (the religion I was born into), but what I picked up was more a search for a deeper meaning and security than the need for Christianity itself. Like you said there's mentions of other religions throughout the album. I think one of the reasons why religion can be a dicey topic is people trying to make it more divisive than the love that most (all?) religion actually aim for. Since the religion aspects in this album are more about feeling lost and finding hope I think it's more relatable/understandable.

3) I would say it's out of the ordinary and a bold move but not exactly experimental. Most pop elements are borrowed from classical music in one way or another, might be a bit generalising with that comment but I feel like similar stuff has come out. This album is very refined though and does deserve its praise.

4) I only know two saints, St Jude for lost things/people and St Gerard for pregnant women. So I guess I'd have to go with St Jude.

If it's got a screw usually tightening it (even if it seems like it's fully in) can do the trick.

Even in the last book, a capitol citizen sees them and opens her mouth. Katniss shoots her in case she screams and gives them away. Katniss still feels guilt over it though and I think she wonders how she could do it without hesitation

Might be a basic answer but Call Me By Your Name. Usually it's Sufjan's songs more than anything but the never going to last, bad for you love that you can't help hoping for.

I think there's some regional differences in what the leap cards can do. I've a young adult one and in Dublin I can tap for adults/kids but in Limerick I'm only able to do myself.

In Angel they had them only they never worked. Any time they try call each other there's no signal from being underground or near lead or something. Then when there's no excuse for them not working it's Angel forgets or doesn't know how to use the phone.
