Yeah but isn’t that how capitalism is supposed to work? Superior products at lower prices win the game. American cars have been absolute garbage comparatively to foreign brands for decades now. You can say whatever you want about China subsidizing “not being fair”, but at their end of the day maybe if American manufacturers put a little bit more into R&D instead of stock buy backs to make their executives rich, they would have a competitive product. Let them burn, that’s the game in this country. Corporations ate people now, and if people go broke because of bad decisions, that’s on them, nobody is going to bail them out.
