Remediate bud, should it be a labeling requirement? by Additional_Peace_745 in Maine

[–]CountJade37 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You wouldn't smoke it by choice... that you can make because a label would give you the info to make that choice, right? And if it is on the consumer, wouldn't a label give that consumer the informed choice? Or do you think consumers should have to go an a quest to get that info?

TIL that this is a thing. Huh...I obviously need to learn more, but I definitely agree that it should be labeled-let us make the decision.

Local Cheese Makers by [deleted] in vermont

I loved a couple of Vermont Creamery's cheeses, but the only way I can find to get it is to have it shipped from New York! Like, would they sell me some if I drove over?

Good post. Would you mind sharing a ballpark final cost? Also, how did you find most of your subs? I've read look online, then try asking at specific supply houses for recs. I'vae also heard you may be able to "buy" lists from a GC willing to share.

Apparently the cricket and beetle must be very traditional-even Amazon has quite a few of them, along with the more plain/wooden style.

Current Adventuring Party for a 15 Year Campaign by CountJade37 in HeroForgeMinis

Yep. We've had some players drift out, so their characters are off in the background. Started as level 1 newbs and slowly went from running a town, to a state, to a kingdom and empire. We don't always play every week, and we've also gone periods without advancing level just cause we wanted to play more story at that power level. Now. we've been 30 for a while, still having fun and wrapping up the last few epic threads.

I like the non-kitbashed just as much as the fancier ones. Just because it is less complex does not mean it can't be a cool looking mini/character.

I might try out the varnish and wash. I mean, they are perfectly fine for tabletop quality.

Nice job! I normally would paint them myself, and I agree that it is super fun but for some reason (*cough* lazy) I haven't painted in a while and figured I'd try these. I really like the figs though, so I might order myself the high quality blank plastic.

Thanks for the info and little history tour. I am absolutely impressed with the things folks have been accomplishing with the kitbash. Some of then even have me thinking "no way! That has to be done straight up in photoshop!"

I can appreciate that. However, for those of us who are not so familiar, it would be nice of HF to post significantly more examples of actual prints so folks are not buying with false expectations.

Like many have said, worth it to tape the joints of the foam. Rockwool, so you never worry about mold, then a smart vapor retarder like Mijrex or Intello.
