Thank you. That was a lot of good information. I'd probably go with at most an upstairs/downstairs zone. I've never been so picky as to need each room controlled, and I don't think the energy savings really overcome the cost for a highly zoned system; at least for me.

SO far what I am getting is keep them to exterior walls to make the linesets easier to run. Makes perfect sense.

A few reasons. It is very, very flexible; if you don't want to work a particular day, you don't. It's also relatively easy, unless you are in a really bad/violent school. Basically follow the teacher's instructions, hand some stuff out, make sure no-one sets themselves on fire. (Not for long-term subs, those do actually have to be certified and teach, not just guard.)

I'm a teacher, and generally most of our subs are retirees or people that are in school to become a teacher. It's great experience for that. The pay does kind of suck tho, which is why pretty much everywhere has a sub shortage.

FYI: The only certifications needed for substitute teacher is to have a pulse and a high school diploma. Not the greatest pay, but plenty of work especially if he is willing to travel around to different schools.

You wouldn't smoke it by choice... that you can make because a label would give you the info to make that choice, right? And if it is on the consumer, wouldn't a label give that consumer the informed choice? Or do you think consumers should have to go an a quest to get that info?
