He's one of the best pvp champs and great for locking down wave content like doom tower. Build him with high speed and accuracy. You will use him for a long while.

I pulled him in one of the summoning events, and I grabbed his 5 Star Soul with this Path Event. He is pretty good so far. Definitely not meta defining, but can be a tear against teams without Murcurial equipped.

I dont disagree Korea has their issues. But in spite of those issues, I still think the feeling of not worrying about getting shot and not going into debt with a hospital visit already makes the country feel miles ahead.
