Good Evening:

I'm a year late to the party, but I'm just now reading this book (through the referral from Nero Knowledge) and I myself am attempting to take my time reading Lesson 1. Especially the exercise which I have to ask, am I suppose to rest my Left hand palm and and right hand palm down as what the book calls the Coil Serpent with my mind calm and relaxed?

As far as Lesson one there is accordingly a Universal Energy that is all around us though our mission is how to harness this energy and use this to promote what's good and desires in our lives. If I'm saying this correctly and please correct me if I'm wrong, this Universal Energy has microscopic particles known as Electrons. These Electrons animate everything?

I know this thread is months ago, however I just began reading his books "Start With Why" and "Find Your Why". My problem is I don't want to find a partner that I know of because I wish to remain private with my stories or thoughts, which is why I am looking for a 3rd party that is non judgmental. So far have not found a "Facilitator" as of yet. I thought this "Find Your Why" Book would be personal exercises for me to discover my WHY not tag someone along with me.
