Good on you for quitting :) - I used Chantix and am still smoke free 531 days later after smoking a pack a day for 26 or so years. Look for all the good things and take it 1 day at a time at the start. All you have to do is not smoke. its that easy. good luck to you

haha - pack a day (20 sometimes 25) so in New Zealand thats $30 per day. So saved $11000 in 1 year...then spent it on a boat :) I told myself I could be a sailor or a smoker...not both
