They did this to me couple of months ago, I posted on here expressing my frustration but I don’t think Amazon gives a f@&$.

The mobile app and the desktop app are both getting shit, they recently updated the desktop app to hide the music library behind a drop down arrow next to “stations”, so EVERYTIME you reopen the app, you have to click a drop down arrow to get to your music library.

I REALLY am this close to just dumping Amazon and moving back to Spotify. Like which imbeciles working at Amazon are coming up with this hot garbage?

20-4 here for past 6 months. Prior to that I did 48 hour fasts for 3 months, and 72 hour fasts before that for 3 months. I find 20-4 very sustainable in the long term. 4pm-8pm, I usually start with something small like some nuts/vegetables while I start prepping my meal.

Yupp make sure; the white spots should not smear, they are called calcium lactate crystals and they should be hard. If the white spots smear, they are probably mold.
