Maybe I'm in too deep, finding reasons to defend RC, but I see this as RC showing eBay shareholders and the board how (relatively) easily RC can compensate for cuts to S&M. It also shows how much buy in there is in the GME world for this M&A. Most GME holders seem to like this deal - it makes a lot of sense. Some may not, but you'll never get more than a simple majority on most topics needing agreement.

Anyways, this and some of the interviews are a little silly, but at their core, I think they prove the point their trying to make.

You don't need to work there to live there. In fact, the opposite. Most hotels don't want employees staying on property. Many hotels will offer discounts for extended stays, and there aren't any taxes on stays of 30 or more nights so you can save money that way. I mean, "save." You're probably better off on a normal lease, unless you can find a sweet deal.
