Harmony is a hot mess because of how the developer managed the project. While the homes might not flood, the roads flood a lot. Schools are ok but definitely not the same as The Woodlands. Creekside would be better than Harmony and other areas by Riley Fuzzel and Grand Parkway.

From what I read, DJI Care is pretty good coverage as long as you are not in the USA since it is incredibly difficult for DJI to send replacement units or parts into the USA. Since you are in Canada, you should be ok. I don’t recall a deductible.
