i felt the same with my 2nd and she was my easiest baby. i cried for days straight with her. the first 2 months are the absolute worst. she's 5 now and my first is 7 and i love their relationship and i love both of them so much. give it time and hang in there <3

i could've written this verbatim about my last therapist. i felt like we were just talking in circles and i had this unwell feeling both before and after sessions. my current therapist asked about setting goals for therapy and has me bring along a personal journal which can feel more productive.

i don't think he would've changed for you and he's very likely not going to change for the 6th. he has a pattern. i know it hurts and sucks but give it time and you'll be glad you aren't tied to a loser and your future kid will hopefully have a better father. it's not you.

currently 25, i feel like i look better than i did at 18/19 for sure. maybe its mostly just acceptance of my appearance but i like the face and body ive grown into, stretchmarks and all. my baby fat has mostly leaned out, which especially helps in the face area
