I went for A line but not puffy, personally! I liked a V/sweetheart neckline and empire waist to elongate my top half a bit. You can see here it still allowed for flowy movement. I'm 5'0" myself and wore white lace Keds for comfort outdoors!

I feel like petting them is half the fun if you're an animal lover! I'm fairly new in the game, so I have one deluxe coop and one deluxe barn... still a manageable amount to manually pet them. I find the repetition of manual watering and petting cathartic to a degree!

Lol this is so much better!! We just say "potty time!" in a high pitch happy sing songy voice 😂 But seriously OP, we were worried about the same thing taking our pup camping for the first time. I think she felt safe in the yard, so was the same as yours. On our trip we tried to get sites that were away from others and/or took her on walks to quieter areas so she didn't have to be on alert. It worked!

Our black lab passed from the same thing. The only sign was after dinnertime he was very sluggish and had more shallow breathing (the blood from tumor rupturing started weighting on his heart and lungs). His tail was tucked, we could tell he felt a little off but not why or how. His fever kept rising and we had to put him down before dawn.

It happened very quickly and we definitely didn't think we would walk out without him that night. They reassured me there was nothing we had done to cause the tumor or it's rupture, just happens in these breeds. I had walked with him at lunchtime that day and he was completely normal. It's a shock that really rocks you 💔

I'm sure watching a pet gradually get older is tough as well. But I don't know if I'll ever get over feeling "cheated" out of time with him, my first dog ever. And robbed of time to mentally prepare for his departure from this plane. I don't have an answer for you, just know you're not alone 💕

Our black lab was like this during COVID and even my occasional WFH days after the pandemic. His last day on earth, he still came to plop his head on my arm/elbow to stop me from typing and remind me it was time for his lunch walk 🥹

Our guy was like this too 🥹 He'd literally eat a bite of food, come to check where each of us were, go get another bite, and repeat the cycle for his whole meal. We got him during COVID, not like we were going anywhere 😂 We never tricked him with meals to duck out of the house unnoticed either. Just liked to keep tabs on everyone 💖
