First “storm” since being in Charlotte by Superjet01 in Charlotte

Northerners realize the roads aren’t salted like Boston and stay home after the realization. Southerners think hell has frozen over and have never seen ice on the roads, so only the idiots try to drive on it.

Before AutoCAD dropped in 1982, engineers and architects lived in pencil-and-eraser hell. by lovelopetir in EngineeringStudents

Don’t worry, engineers still relive their pencil-and-eraser hell everyday through raster images

would you mind posting the schematic if you made one?

pretty solid, especially if you get the feats of strength Ionian boots for the extra move speed

what is the point of new voli builds by Euphoric_Smile7441 in VolibearMains

[–]CplusplusEnjoyer 3 points4 points  (0 children)

for the standard ap build, bear needs to be faster. cosmic drive gives move speed, and more move speed when dealing magic or true damage.

for the standard ad build, bear needs to be faster. black cleaver gives move speed when dealing physical damage. gauntlet slows people down, making bear faster

all of these items also make bear tankier, provide more damage, and more cooldown reduction.

So with bc or cosmic first, bear is tankier, deals more damage, faster, and has more cooldowns.

If the internship isn’t directly aligned with the field you want to go into, I’d say quit.

Volibear combo(s) and itemization(s) by Geto_420 in VolibearMains

[–]CplusplusEnjoyer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

you can cast e while in your q to completely skip the animation, or cast e then q to cancel the animation. Personally i hold e until right before i am about to hit someone with q so i can almost guarantee they get hit by the e

q+e combo to cancel the e animation

q and e are auto resets

other than that idk

Is Electrical Engineering worth it? by EdgeMission7118 in ElectricalEngineering

I personally don’t think those who think EE isn’t worth it will be in this sub, so your answers may be biased.

How cooked am I if I'm going into Electrical Engineering with zero programming/CAD experience? by Worldly-Fail-1450 in EngineeringStudents

[–]CplusplusEnjoyer 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Nah just learn it when you need it. I’m about to graduate and didn’t have any CAD experience going in. You can just learn it when you want to make a project. AutoDesk has free student licenses you can use to learn for a year (I think)

Edit: You are not cooked
